Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to ForceMap by Ultimate Golf Education ("ForceMap"), our websites, licensing services, downloads, support services and related services.

ForceMap is provided by Ultimate Golf Performance Pty Ltd, trading as Ultimate Golf Education ("UGE", "we", "us" or "our").

1. General rule

You must use ForceMap lawfully, responsibly and only for permitted professional, business, coaching, education or research purposes.

2. Prohibited software use

You must not:

  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive source code except to the extent applicable law permits despite this restriction;
  • bypass, disable or interfere with licence checks, activation limits, payment controls, technical restrictions or security controls;
  • copy, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, redistribute, publish or make ForceMap available to unauthorised users;
  • share licence credentials, activation credentials or licence access outside authorised users;
  • use cracked, modified, tampered or unauthorised versions of ForceMap;
  • redistribute installers, update packages, licence files, activation links, download links or bundled components without written permission from UGE;
  • use shared inboxes, shared accounts, device cloning, virtual machines, automation or other methods to exceed licence limits unless your plan expressly allows it;
  • use ForceMap to build, benchmark, train or improve a competing product or service;
  • remove copyright, trademark, proprietary or legal notices;
  • interfere with the operation, security or integrity of ForceMap or related services.

3. Prohibited data and content

You must not submit, upload, email or include in support reports:

  • passwords;
  • full licence keys;
  • full payment card details;
  • health records;
  • medical records;
  • patient records;
  • diagnosis, treatment or rehabilitation notes;
  • sensitive personal information that is not necessary for support;
  • private information about players, athletes, students, clients or research participants unless you have the right to share it and it is necessary for support;
  • illegal, infringing, abusive or harmful content.

If you accidentally submit prohibited or unnecessary sensitive information, notify us promptly so we can review, delete, redact or restrict it where appropriate.

4. No medical or unsafe use

You must not use ForceMap:

  • as a medical device;
  • for medical diagnosis, treatment, injury diagnosis or clinical decisions;
  • as a replacement for qualified medical, physiotherapy, rehabilitation or health advice;
  • in a way that creates unreasonable safety risks for players, athletes, students, clients or others.

Coaching, training, research and performance decisions remain the responsibility of the user.

5. Privacy and consent

If you use ForceMap with players, athletes, students, clients, employees or research participants, you are responsible for:

  • obtaining all required consents and permissions;
  • giving required privacy notices;
  • complying with privacy, employment, research and sports rules;
  • protecting local files, exports and reports;
  • limiting access to authorised personnel;
  • responding to privacy requests related to information you control.

You must not export, publish, upload or share customer, athlete, student, client or research participant data from ForceMap unless you have the legal right and any required consent to do so.

6. Security

You must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to UGE systems, user accounts or licensing systems;
  • probe, scan or test vulnerabilities without written permission;
  • introduce malware, spyware, ransomware, harmful code or malicious files;
  • overload, disrupt or attack our websites, licensing services or support systems;
  • use automation to abuse downloads, trials, licences or support;
  • upload malicious, excessive or misleading diagnostic files or support bundles.

7. Fraud and payment abuse

You must not:

  • use false billing or account information;
  • abuse trials, promotions or discounts;
  • initiate fraudulent chargebacks;
  • use stolen payment methods;
  • evade taxes, sanctions, export controls or legal restrictions;
  • purchase or use ForceMap for unauthorised resale or redistribution.

8. Research and professional use

Researchers, educators, coaches and performance professionals must use ForceMap in accordance with their own institutional, ethical, consent, privacy and professional obligations.

UGE is not responsible for a user's study design, coaching method, athlete selection, consent process, ethics approval, data storage, publication or professional decisions.

9. AI-assisted features

If ForceMap introduces AI-assisted features in the future, you must not use those features to generate unlawful, misleading, unsafe, discriminatory, infringing or medical advice content. AI-assisted outputs must be reviewed by a qualified human user before being relied on or shared.

10. Enforcement

If we believe this AUP has been breached, we may:

  • warn you;
  • request removal or correction of offending material;
  • suspend or terminate licences;
  • suspend support access;
  • restrict downloads or activations;
  • investigate licence misuse, fraud or security events;
  • report unlawful conduct to relevant authorities;
  • take legal action.

We may act immediately if needed to protect UGE, ForceMap, service providers, users or third parties.
