This Privacy Policy explains how Ultimate Golf Performance Pty Ltd trading as Ultimate Golf Education ("UGE", "we", "us" or "our") handles personal information in connection with ForceMap by Ultimate Golf Education ("ForceMap"), info.forcemap.com.au, ForceMap enquiries, demos, early access, licensing, subscriptions, activation, support and related software services.

1. Who we are

ForceMap is software by Ultimate Golf Education for golf coaching, video-analysis and force plate workflows. Privacy and support requests can be sent through the Contact page or to info@ultimategolfeducation.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Name, email address, business, coaching studio, academy, research organisation or facility details.
  • Country, time zone, support availability and contact preferences.
  • Demo, early-access, trial, subscription, licence, activation, cancellation and billing status.
  • Device, Windows environment, ForceMap version, V1 Pro workflow, force plate/export workflow and diagnostic details provided for support.
  • Messages, support files, screenshots, logs, sample exports, feedback and product requests you choose to send.
  • Website, form, email and analytics data such as pages visited, forms submitted, cookies, browser/device information and marketing preferences.

3. Force plate, video and player data

ForceMap is intended for professional coaching and performance workflows. If you send us screenshots, videos, exports, support bundles or player/client data, you confirm you have the consent and authority needed to share it. Please remove unnecessary personal information and do not send full licence keys unless we specifically request a secure method.

4. How we use information

  • To respond to ForceMap enquiries, demos, waitlists, early-access requests and support tickets.
  • To issue, validate, renew, suspend or cancel licences and subscriptions.
  • To process billing, refunds, chargebacks, tax records and account administration.
  • To provide downloads, updates, documentation, onboarding, diagnostics and product support.

5. Licensing and payment providers

ForceMap may use third-party licensing, payment, hosting, email, support, analytics and cloud providers. Those providers process information for activation, subscription, billing, fraud prevention, support and product operations.

We may share information with providers and advisers who help us operate ForceMap, including licensing systems, payment processors, email platforms, support tools, cloud storage, analytics, accountants, lawyers and authorities where legally required.
