End User Licence Agreement

Effective date: 13 June 2026

This End User Licence Agreement governs installation and use of ForceMap software by Ultimate Golf Education. If you do not agree, do not install, activate or use ForceMap.

1. Licence grant

Subject to payment, activation and compliance with this EULA, UGE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use ForceMap for authorised internal coaching, performance, education, research or studio workflows.

2. Authorised users and devices

Your offer, invoice, plan or licence portal may specify user, device, activation, studio, organisation or subscription limits. You must not exceed those limits or share activations with unauthorised users.

3. Restrictions

  • Do not copy, resell, sublicense, lease, rent, host, timeshare or commercially exploit ForceMap except as expressly permitted.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, create derivative works, remove notices, bypass activation or interfere with licence systems.
  • Do not publish licence keys, installer files, private documentation, internal support materials or confidential product information.
  • Do not use ForceMap for unlawful, unsafe, misleading, medical, diagnostic or high-risk purposes.

4. Data, consent and professional judgement

You control the data you collect and use with ForceMap. You are responsible for permissions, consents, storage, security and lawful handling of player, client, athlete, student or research-participant data. ForceMap outputs must be checked against source data and professional judgement.

5. Compatibility and third-party dependencies

ForceMap may rely on Windows, V1 Pro workflows, force plate exports, video files, spreadsheets, drivers, OCR, cloud licensing and other third-party systems. Compatibility can change when third parties change products, APIs, exports, operating systems or licences.

6. Updates

UGE may provide updates, fixes, licence checks, feature changes or documentation. Updates may be required for continued use. Some features may be modified, removed, renamed or replaced as ForceMap evolves.

7. No medical device

ForceMap is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent or rehabilitate injury or disease. It is a coaching and performance workflow tool.

8. Support files

If you request support, we may ask for screenshots, export files, logs, settings, sample data or workflow descriptions. Remove unnecessary personal, confidential or sensitive data before sending support material unless specifically required and authorised.

9. Ownership

UGE and its licensors own ForceMap software, code, reports, names, UI, documentation, methods, designs and branding. This EULA grants use rights only and does not transfer ownership.

10. Suspension and termination

UGE may suspend or terminate your licence if you breach this EULA, fail to pay, tamper with licensing, misuse ForceMap, create security risk or infringe UGE rights. On termination you must stop using ForceMap and delete unauthorised copies.

11. Warranties and consumer guarantees

ForceMap is supplied with rights and guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law where they apply. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UGE excludes implied warranties and limits liability to remedies permitted by law.

12. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, unless mandatory laws require otherwise.
