These Terms of Service govern use of info.forcemap.com.au and ForceMap by Ultimate Golf Education enquiries, demos, early-access programs, downloads, licensing, subscriptions, support and related software services. The ForceMap software itself is also governed by the End User Licence Agreement.
ForceMap is commercial software by Ultimate Golf Education for golf coaches, performance facilities, academies and researchers using video analysis and force plate data. It is a workflow and reporting tool, not a medical device.
By accessing the ForceMap website, submitting a form, joining a waitlist, requesting early access, purchasing, subscribing, downloading, activating or using ForceMap, you agree to these Terms and the ForceMap EULA.
ForceMap is intended for professional, coaching, education, performance or research workflows. You must have authority to act for the business, studio, academy or organisation you represent and to provide any data submitted to us.
ForceMap may be offered in demo, trial, pilot, beta or early-access form. Features, pricing, compatibility, documentation, exports and workflows may change. Early-access users should expect product iteration and must verify outputs before relying on them.
Plans, fees, licence limits, activation limits, renewal periods, inclusions and cancellation steps are shown at checkout, on invoice or in written offer terms. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. We may suspend access for non-payment, breach, misuse, chargeback, licence tampering or security risk.
Refunds and cancellations are assessed under the relevant offer terms, these Terms, the EULA and applicable law. Nothing excludes non-excludable Australian Consumer Law rights. Change-of-mind refunds are not guaranteed after activation, download, licence issue, support delivery or a subscription period starting, unless required by law or agreed in writing.
ForceMap does not provide medical, clinical, diagnostic, injury rehabilitation or treatment advice. It does not guarantee golf performance, coaching outcomes, business outcomes, player results, measurement accuracy in every setup, or compatibility with every third-party environment.
Support may be limited by plan, availability, product stage, diagnostic detail supplied and third-party system behaviour. We may request screenshots, export files, software versions and workflow details. Do not send unnecessary sensitive data or full licence keys.
ForceMap software, website content, product names, copy, reports, workflows, documentation, designs and branding are owned by UGE or its licensors. You receive only the rights expressly granted under the EULA and these Terms.
ForceMap may reference or depend on third-party hardware, software, data exports, video-analysis platforms, licensing systems or payment providers. Unless expressly stated, third parties do not sponsor, endorse or control ForceMap.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UGE is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, business interruption, lost data, missed opportunities, coaching decisions, third-party failures or reliance on unverified outputs. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to remedies allowed by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, unless mandatory laws require otherwise.
