For demos and early access

  • Tell us your coaching studio, academy, performance facility, research group or business.
  • Include your country, preferred contact email and the type of players or students you work with.
  • Tell us whether you already use V1 Pro, force plates or existing force/video reporting workflows.

For technical support

  • Include your ForceMap™ version, Windows version and whether you are using a trial, subscription or active licence.
  • Include your V1 Pro workflow, force plate model/export type, and the exact step where the issue happens.
  • Attach or describe screenshots, exports or logs only where needed, and remove unnecessary player/client personal information.
  • Do not send full licence keys in ordinary support messages unless we give you a secure method.
