Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations and subscription billing work for ForceMap by Ultimate Golf Education ("ForceMap").

ForceMap is provided by Ultimate Golf Performance Pty Ltd, trading as Ultimate Golf Education ("UGE", "we", "us" or "our"). Payments are processed through Stripe unless we agree otherwise in writing.

1. Summary

You can cancel your subscription to stop future renewal charges. Cancellation does not automatically refund past charges unless this Refund Policy or applicable law requires a refund.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer laws, including the Australian Consumer Law and applicable consumer protection laws in other countries.

2. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your ForceMap subscription using the cancellation method we provide, such as:

  • Stripe customer portal;
  • account or billing page;
  • written request to info@ultimategolfeducation.com.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless stated otherwise, your licence will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

3. No automatic refund for change of mind

Unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout, we generally do not provide refunds for:

  • change of mind;
  • failure to cancel before renewal;
  • unused time in a billing period;
  • choosing the wrong plan;
  • hardware or setup issues outside ForceMap's control;
  • unsupported operating systems, drivers or hardware configurations;
  • third-party hardware, driver, firmware, Stripe, Keygen, Railway, internet or email service issues outside our reasonable control;
  • inaccurate results caused by incorrect setup, calibration, user workflow, unsupported hardware or failure to verify outputs;
  • loss of access caused by breach of the Terms, EULA or Acceptable Use Policy.

4. When we may provide a refund

We may provide a full or partial refund where:

  • ForceMap has a material defect that we cannot reasonably resolve;
  • you were charged in error;
  • a duplicate charge occurred;
  • your cancellation request was received before renewal but not processed correctly;
  • we are required to refund under applicable law;
  • we decide, in our discretion, that a refund is appropriate.

5. Consumer law rights

In Australia, goods and services may come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If ForceMap fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to remedies such as repair, replacement, refund or compensation, depending on the circumstances.

Users in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Japan, South Korea and other countries may also have mandatory consumer rights. This Refund Policy does not limit those rights.

6. Digital products and cooling-off rights

Some jurisdictions provide cooling-off or cancellation rights for online purchases or digital content. These rights can vary depending on where you live, whether you are a consumer or business customer, and whether you have already downloaded, installed, activated or used the software.

Where required, we will provide legally required pre-purchase information at checkout, including information about immediate digital delivery, subscription renewal and cancellation rights.

7. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry payment, notify you, suspend the licence, downgrade access or terminate the subscription. You remain responsible for amounts lawfully owed.

8. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at info@ultimategolfeducation.com so we can investigate quickly.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend the related licence while the dispute is reviewed. Fraudulent, abusive or repeated chargebacks may result in account termination, refusal of future purchases and recovery of amounts lawfully owed, subject to applicable law.

9. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing times depend on Stripe, card networks and your bank.

Refunds may exclude taxes, currency conversion charges, bank fees or payment provider fees where we are not legally required or able to refund them.

Please include:

  • account email;
  • invoice or receipt number;
  • licence ID if available;
  • reason for the request;
  • screenshots or error details if the request relates to a technical issue
